We need huge land to create Smartcity . There is the plan to create the Smartcity at Tohoku region which was hit by heavy earthquake and tsunami .
Current situation
To realize Smartcity need big site which introduce many new building and an institution.
Future effort
To get big site is very difficult. So we invent Smrtcity that we used to original site.
